Full flexibility in
report creation
Complete the report exactly as you need it, tailoring it to your individual requirements. You have full control over the content of the report - you can select the appropriate body type that best suits the vehicle under test, and customise the set of measurement points.

You can add or remove the following modules, which will appear in the final report:
- Vehicle data: basic information about the vehicle that allows full identification,
- Photographs: possibility to add photographs documenting the condition of the vehicle or specific measurement points,
- External measurements: detailed results of measurements taken outside the vehicle,
- Interior measurements: detailed results of measurements taken inside the vehicle,
- Tyres: a module which allows detailed information on the condition and performance of the tyres to be added,
- Comments: space for additional comments and observations that may be relevant to the client or user of the report.
You can fully control which of these modules will be included in the final report. Simply hold down a selected module to deactivate it – it will then not be displayed in the final report. This makes it easy for you to personalise the report to suit the specific requirements of your work or the expectations of your client.
Personalisation of vehicle
data in the report
When creating the report, you have the option of completing all the necessary vehicle data, making the document complete and accurate. The system allows you to enter detailed information such as make, model, year of manufacture or VIN number.

To further customise the report to your individual needs, you can create up to 10 additional text fields, which give you complete flexibility to add any relevant information about the vehicle. In this way, you can add unique notes or remarks that would not be included in the standard fields.
What’s more, the app provides a convenient tool for organising these fields. The button icon allows you to easily change the order in which the text fields appear in the report, allowing you to personalise the document even further. You can freely set the layout so that the most important information is displayed at the beginning, which is sure to make it easier for the end user to review and analyse.
This flexible approach to organising the report ensures that all relevant information is presented in a thoughtful and structured way, enhancing the readability and professionalism of your work.
Graphical interpretation
of measurements
When taking paint thickness measurements on individual vehicle components, the app presents the results in an extremely clear way, using colours to indicate the condition of the coating. The coloured presentation of the results makes it easy to understand whether an item has the original layer of paint or not.

This method of graphical interpretation not only assists in a quick assessment, but also enables an accurate analysis of the condition of the paint finish, including the detection of areas with multiple layers of paint or the presence of putty. This makes it easy to identify potential problems, such as bodywork repairs or the thickness of protective layers, making the diagnostic process extremely efficient.
Interpretation of the colours is key to a correct assessment:
- Bright yellow: Indicates too thin a layer of paint, which may indicate incomplete protective coverage,
- Green: Represents the original factory paint layer, which indicates that the component has not been repaired,
- Yellow: Suggests the presence of a second layer of paint, which may indicate repairs,
- Orange: Indicates a thin layer of putty, which may indicate minor damage repaired by a painter,
- Red: Indicates a thick layer of putty, which indicates major repairs such as more serious damage to the bodywork.
With this visual method, the process of assessing the condition of the paintwork becomes simple and intuitive, and the detection of potential paint problems quick and efficient.
Detailed tyre analysis
in the report
One additional, extremely useful feature of the report is the ability to add detailed information on the condition of the tyres. With this option, you can accurately complete the report with data on all four tyres, allowing an even more comprehensive assessment of the condition of the vehicle.

Once the information has been entered, the report generates an easy-to-read table detailing the results of the measurements. In the table, you can include data such as tread depth, width, profile and diameter, which makes it easier to interpret the results. This functionality gives you a complete picture of the condition of the tyres and allows you to more easily identify any problems that may affect driving safety. The tabular presentation of the results makes the data clear and easy to analyse for both you and the customer.
Personalise the report
to your needs
Reports in the app are fully flexible and personalisable. You can add logos, watermarks and company information that will automatically appear in each report, ensuring professionalism and distinction.

In addition, you can fully customise a set of measurement points to suit your individual needs. Measurement points can be positioned freely on the vehicle under test, and their number can be easily modified – they can be increased or decreased depending on the requirements of a specific measurement. What’s more, the sets of measurement points you create can be saved as defaults, which greatly speeds up the process of creating reports for subsequent surveys and allows you to manage your measurements more conveniently.
Adding photos
with results
When creating a report, you have the option of documenting your work in detail by adding photographs taken during the measurements. This function allows you to create a complete visual documentation.

When taking a measurement on a specific point on the vehicle, you can take a photo of the component under test and the application will automatically save the measurement value to the report. An additional advantage of this function is that it automatically recognises the ground and applies the measurement value to the photo itself.
Photo documentation with integrated measurement data not only increases the professionalism of the report, but also makes it easier to interpret. Customers to whom you provide such a report can easily understand the measurement results, which builds their confidence in your work and increases the overall value of the service.
Symmetric measurement
feature
One of the standout features of the report is the option to take symmetrical measurements, which allows the condition of the same vehicle component to be accurately compared from the left and right side. This makes it easy to assess whether the vehicle has been evenly painted or whether repairs have affected one part of the vehicle.

The application automatically analyses and compares the measurement results for the same components on both sides of the vehicle, giving a more complete picture of any differences. These results are displayed in an easy-to-read table, making it significantly easier to interpret the data. Such a summary allows any discrepancies in paint thickness, which may indicate previous repairs or other bodywork interventions, to be quickly spotted.
Thus, the functionality of symmetrical measurements not only increases the accuracy of the report, but also enhances its value in the eyes of the customer. Presenting the differences in the condition of the components is important for both technicians and buyers, who expect precise and detailed information on the condition of the vehicle.
Graphical visualisation
of the vehicle
One of the key features of the report is the ability to present the results of the measurements in graphical form, using a car body. All measurements taken are displayed on the vehicle model. Thanks to this graphical representation, the report gains in clarity and becomes much more intuitive for the viewer.

Each measurement is visually superimposed on the relevant part of the car, enabling quick and accurate interpretation of the results. This layout makes the report not only technically precise, but also aesthetically pleasing, which further enhances the professionalism of the work carried out. The graphical form of presentation is particularly useful when you want to clearly present the scope and results of the measurements to the client. The report includes a legend that allows easy interpretation of the colours, helping to quickly evaluate the measurement results.
Visualising the car with the measurements plotted allows for a more complete understanding of the vehicle’s condition, which is crucial for both technicians and customers. This solution not only improves the interpretation of the data, but also makes the report clear and professional, giving a complete picture of the work carried out during the measurements.
